When a child can't write, we teach them.
When a child can't behave...... we punish them.
We need to be teaching children through conversation (calm and respectful) and relationship new behaviour for school.
Adult conversations are
- honest
- calm and respectful
If you Foul up,
Then you Fess up,
Fix up
Follow up
